Application fields:

Power current transformer is an important equipment of power system energy measurement and protection control. It is used in high-voltage and high current power plants and substations. It is an important part of power system energy measurement, relay protection, system diagnosis and detection analysis. Its measurement accuracy and operation reliability are important to realize the safety of power system.

The products are mainly used in high precision current transformer, epoxy potted bushing current transformer, gas insulated or oil immersed switchgear, low voltage, medium voltage, high voltage switchgear, and other power transmission and distribution system equipment.

Performance characteristics:

       The measurement accuracy of the transformer is different, and the soft magnetic materials are also different. The smaller the measurement error and the higher the accuracy of the transformer, the higher the core permeability required. When small transformation ratio and low ampere turns are required, the cold-rolled silicon steel sheet can not meet the requirements. At this time, only soft magnetic materials with high permeability, such as permalloy and super microcrystalline alloy, are used. The results show that the properties of the super microcrystalline alloy are similar to that of permalloy.

       Initial permeability, higher maximum permeability, good temperature stability, lamination coefficient of 70% - 75%. Under the condition of the same size and performance, the weight of the super microcrystalline core is only two-thirds of that of the permalloy core, and the price is more competitive. In recent years, the demand for high-precision transformers (such as 0.2, 0.2S, 0.1, 0.5s and 0.5) has increased rapidly. Therefore, the domestic demand for measurement grade current transformer core made of microcrystalline alloy is increasing rapidly.
